§ 1. ORDERING

There can be ordered goods/services at Witt Hvidevarer A/S via www.wittpizza.com All contracts are entered into English and all prices quoted are incl. VAT. All prices are daily prices and cannot be guaranteed in the future. The terms and conditions apply to Witt Hvidevarer A/S, including www.wittpizza.com

§ 2. PAYMENT

We offer payment by debit card (Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Apple pay, Google pay, MobilePay, and Klarna). See (Klarna's Terms for Shopping Service and Klarna's Privacy Notice).

It is always free of charge to pay with a debit card, and a larger amount can never be deduced than you approved for during the purchase. Payment will only be withdrawn once the item is shipped. If there are charges for alternative forms of payment, this is clearly indicated.

Data that you send to Witt Hvidevarer A/S in connection with purchases paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL) and thus only the provider can read them. Neither Witt Hvidevarer A/S nor anyone else has the opportunity to read your personal payment information.

Anyday allows you to split your payment. The first instalment is paid upon delivery and the remaining over the following 3 months. Anyday is free if you pay on time. § 3. DELIVERY

All orders over 500 DKK/ 69 EUR/ 700 NOK/ 700 SEK are delivered free of charge. Please be aware that the pizza ovens will be delivered as freight > 30,0 kg. Delivery time may vary depending on your address and country – a more specific identification of delivery date will be identified on your order confirmation.

For orders handled as freight, you must be home upon delivery. If you are unable to be home, you have the possibility to accept delivery without your presence. If you allow us to deliver the product, you will carry the responsibility from the moment the product is delivered to your address. Please make sure the product can be placed dry to avoid loss of value.

If you don’t accept delivery without your presence, and you for some reason are not home when the delivery should have taken place. Please be aware that a re-delivery fee of 299 DKK/ 49 EUR/ 449 NOK/ 449 SEK will be added. This also applies if the information and address provided is incorrect.

Should there be any errors or omissions in an order sent from us, please contact us without delay and within 7 days of receiving the product. Therefore, remember to check the content immediately upon receipt of the order. In case of visible damage, the carrier must be notified and must be noted on the shipping letter before receipt of receipt. In case of transport damage, please document visible damage to the packaging in the form of pictures, as this is required as documentation.

Witt Pizza does not deliver to any isles that don’t have direct-connections to main land via bridges.

For orders under 500 DKK/ 69 EUR/ 700 NOK/ 700 SEK a shipping fee will be applied depending on your address.

Reservation is made for errors in inventory. You will be contacted as soon as possible if the delivery time is longer than promised.

If you have not received a tracking link through the order confirmation or received your order within the time frames informed, please contact us and we’ll check the order’s status for you. If you have placed a pre-order, all items will be dispatched when the pre-order is ready to ship.

§ 4. WARRANTY

Private consumers have 2 years of right to complaint about errors that existed at the time of purchase. In case of a legitimate complaint, you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

When exercising your right of complaint, please fill out our online form: https://service.witt.dk/service/da/witt/PizzaService.aspx. This is done for the quickest possible treatment of the service case.

The following are not covered by warranty

  • Faults and damage which are not due to manufacturing and material faults
  • Normal, reasonable wear and tear (eg. Discoloration)
  • Tarnishing and rust
  • If un-original spare parts have been used
  • If the instructions in the user manual have not been followed
  • If installation has not taken place as instructed in the user manual

As the Witt pizza oven is intended for outside use, the pizza stone will be exposed to moisture over time. Therefore, we ask that you (after cool down) storage your stone in a dry location. If you decide to leave your stone in the oven, this could make the pizza stone fragile and break. Therefore, this will be at your own risk if kept in the oven.

Do not store or use this device in a salty environment (close to the sea) or in areas with corrosive vapors or liquids (e.g. from swimming pool), as these chemicals may cause the device´s materials to degrade (not covered by warranty). Regular cleaning and covering with a cover can help to reduce this.

§ 5. RETURN OF GOODS

You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with Witt Pizza, and the right of withdrawal is counted from the day that you receive your product. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out our online returns form, which you can find here: https://www.wittpizza.com/return-form.

For us to accept a return, you must fill out the returns-form first to authorize the return before sending.

Please note that you will be paying for the shipping of your returned product. Fill out the returns form, and our customer support will send you a PDF file with a return address and instructions for how you can return your product to us.

You need to send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.

All returns will be checked and evaluated to validate condition.

You will only be refunded the full amount if

  • The product is returned in an original condition and without having lost value*
  • The product is returned in its original packaging

*The product is considered to lose value if it is used in a way other than what was strictly required to determine the nature, characteristics or functionality of the product and if the packaging is damaged.

If the product is assessed as having lost value, you can only be refunded a portion of the purchase price. The amount that you will be refunded depends on the commercial value of the product. When returning, Witt Hvidevarer A/S reserves the right to claim compensation for lost value as determined by Witt Hvidevarer A/S based on the resale value. A value reduction for a used product can amount to 0-99% of the product’s original price. 

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to receive or pick up the package without also clearly notifying us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This results in a handling fee that represents the actual costs associated with delivery.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, please place the return label that you will receive by mail on to the original packaging and send the product back to us. If your return includes freight forwarder you will have to follow the instruction from our customer service team.

We recommend that you save the original packaging until you have decided whether you want to keep your purchase or not. A lack and poor condition of packaging will mean that the product’s resale value will be reduced. If a product is returned and found to be damaged due to poor packaging, Witt Hvidevarer A/S disclaims all liability for offering a refund. Make sure that the packaging is tightly sealed and protected during transport to avoid losses and damage.

It is not a requirement, but the processing time is reduced if you send complete information with the package, ideally your returns number (from the returns form).

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (though not for extra delivery costs when you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option that we offer) no later than 10 working days from the day when we received your notification about exercising your right of withdrawal. We will transfer the funds back via the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.

§ 6. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

You must accept the terms of sale and delivery with each purchase. You are encouraged to read the terms carefully. Purchase agreements with children and adolescents under the age of 18 can only be entered into by parents or others who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person.

§ 7. PRIVACY POLICY

In order to enter into an agreement with Witt Hvidevarer A/S, you must register with the following personal information: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and purchase history. We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with Witt Hvidevarer A/S and stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data controller is Witt Hvidevarer A/S.

You have the right to be informed what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we were going to use it. § 7.1 COOKIE POLICY

Witt Hvidevarer A/S uses cookies on all our pages, as this is necessary for the site to function and is easy to use. Among other things, a cookie is used for a product to be added to the basket. By clicking further on our site you accept automatic use of cookies.

Cookies also provide information on how the page is used, which is primarily used for measuring traffic and optimizing the setup. All cookies used are not malicious and do not have sensitive information or the possibility of spreading harmful things to other programs.

GUIDE TO COMPLAINTS

If you would like to complain about your purchase, please contact Customer Management at info@witt.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area if the conditions are met. Consumer Ombudsman www.ombudsman-services.org. It is also possible to lodge a complaint via the EU Commission’s online complaint portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr (particularly relevant if you are a resident of another EU country).
