This spicy and garlicy honey makes one of my favourite pizza toppings nowadays. Its sweetness is a perfect match for a pepperoni pizza, but also pairs perfectly with fruity summer pizze.

- 500 g honey
- 2 chili-peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1-2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp chili-flakes
- Finely chop the chilis and garlic cloves.
- Put everything into a small saucepan and bring to a light simmer while stirring often. Simmer for about 5 minutes, to make sure all the aromas and heat can get out.
- Let it cool and transfer the mixture into a clean jar.
- You can adjust the heat to your liking by adding less or more sriracha and chili.
