  • A ball of pizza dough after your preference (e.g. Bagerkokken’s poolish dough)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ cup of roughly chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup of parmigiano flakes
  • ¼ cup of parmesan flakes
  • 1-2 drizzles of truffle oil
  • 1 twig of thyme



  1. Shape your dough into 1 pizza
  2. Add all the listed ingredients except the parmigiano, parmesan, truffle oil and thyme
  3. Bake the pizza in your ETNA oven for approx. 60 seconds, or until finished
  4. Generously drip the parmigiano, parmesan and truffle oil onto the pizza and add the fresh thyme
  5. Enjoy!
